Tim is our founding partner. And as an art director by trade, he still does a fair amount of layout and
design when he's not directing accounts or managing day-to-day operations. He grooves on music nobody
else has heard of, sneakers you can't buy anymore, and furniture that was made by hand. But he really does,
not just because it's hip.
Tim's a 20-year advertising industry veteran, previously a Vice President/Associate Creative Director for
McCann-Erickson Southwest where he helped create Effie and Addy winning campaigns for Texas Instruments and
other clients. Prior to that, Tim ran his own boutique, working with clients such as Warner/Discovery Records and GTE.
He most recently was Creative Director at Krause Advertising, overseeing creative on all projects and helping grow
the agency into a $22 million shop.

Jen gets it done. She's an agency partner and runs a number of accounts, wrangling and creative directing
all their projects. On top of that, she's a walking print and promotions encyclopedia and oversees our production
process. She can kick your butt in Guitar Hero and 80's Edition Trivial Pursuit. We're all shaking in our leg warmers.
Jen received a Bachelor's in Communication Design from the University of North Texas, leading to senior staff
positions at McCann-Erickson Southwest and Krause Advertising. She has been instrumental in creating
award-winning print and collateral, with work featured in the Dallas Society of Visual Communications annual
awards show, and has been recognized in industry publications for outstanding creative achievement.

As a kid, Nathan hid in the library and read during recess. He will never captain the Belmont softball team,
but he's just the guy to head up our brand and message strategy development. He's a recovering copywriter,
an Apple fanatic, and puts too much salt on his food. (His blood pressure is just fine, thank you very much.)
He has a B.S. in Marketing from Arizona State University and an M.A. in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin,
where he also completed the Texas Creative program. His career has taken him through McCann Erickson-Southwest,
Temerlin McClain, Krause Advertising, and Kolar Advertising, earning recognitions including Aurora Awards,
Austin Addy Awards, the Mobius International Advertising Award, Service Industry Advertising Awards, and Telly Awards.
